CARING FOR YOUR COMMERCIAL WRAP.

Handwashing

Hand wash your vehicle using a pH-neutral, gloss-safe car shampoo — avoid anything with strong solvents or degreasers. Use a soft, non-abrasive wash mitt and work from the roof down. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry with a soft microfibre towel to avoid water spotting or drag marks on the film.

Car Washes

Automated washes, even touchless ones, use high-pressure jets and harsh chemical detergents that can lift edges and dull the finish over time. Brush-style washes are worse, as bristles can scratch or peel the vinyl. Hand washing is the only method we recommend for the life of your wrap.

Spot Cleaning

Bird droppings, tree sap, and other residues should be removed as soon as possible — the longer they sit, the harder they are to lift without damaging the film. Use a waterless wash spray with a soft microfibre cloth, working gently rather than scrubbing.

Elements

Park under cover where possible to limit UV exposure and reduce fading over time. If the vehicle is regularly exposed to sun, rain, or harsh weather, a breathable car cover can help extend the life and finish of the wrap.

Inspection

Check your wrap periodically for any peeling, bubbling, or lifting at the edges. Catching this early and getting in touch with us keeps small issues small and protects your warranty cover.

Removal

If your wrap ever needs repair or removal, always use an experienced installer — never attempt this yourself. Improper removal can damage the paint underneath or the film, and may affect any warranty in place. Get in touch with us first.
